It's going well for us! We are starting the new training year
Once again this year, we are delighted and proud to welcome 13 new apprentices! Since 2 September 2024, these young people are now also part of the large RAEDER-VOGEL workforce.
2 September 2024 will probably remain a fond memory for a long time to come. Not only because we had a particularly beautiful start to the week, already marked by autumn, but also because the new training year at RAEDER-VOGEL started on this Monday. We were finally able to welcome our new trainees and their families to the community center in Wilhelmsburg! Our Managing Director Tobias Gercke got things off to a festive start with his speech. The subsequent speech by our Head of Human Resources, Michael Skowronek, rounded off the official part of the welcome.
At the following breakfast, to which the parents and guardians of our trainees are also traditionally invited every year, the first bonds were forged, and it wasn't just the sun that shone during the traditional, obligatory photo shoot. We ended the first day of training at RAEDER-VOGEL with our factory tours, which gave a first impression of all the factory halls. Getting to know the training team was practically an automatic process.
Still full of impressions from yesterday, we started with the onboarding of our trainees. It is very important to us that the trainees not only get to know their new colleagues, but that they also socialise with each other, which is an important component and forms the basis for future internal cooperation. Also important: the first training courses have already been completed.
At the end of the first exciting week of training, the active and culinary highlight that everyone had been waiting for awaited: our traditional trainee event! With almost 40 motivated trainees from all year groups, we went bowling together at U.S. Bowling - all planned by the trainees themselves, of course! It was the perfect opportunity to get to know each other and strengthen team spirit. The warm and sunny finale took place on Friday in perfect weather at our big, annual RAEDER-VOGEL summer party. Over a cold drink or two, it was even easier to get to know each other and the rest of the workforce.
