Look back at the Aimex
Two of our colleagues were recently down under, as we visited the Aimex in Sydney from 27th to the 29th of August 2019, one of the most important Australian mining fairs.
With 10% of the world's coal reserves, the "Red Continent" is rich in natural resources. Mining is central to the Australian economy, and trade shows such as Aimex in Sydney are the meeting place for the industry - a good reason to introduce our portfolio to the specialist audience there. The focus of our 18m² booth was on products that withstand the extreme conditions below ground. These included wheels for monorail conveyors, mine rails, mine lifts and conveyor baskets, loaders and shuttle cars.
We offer wheels based on PEVOTEC® for the most diverse applications, which we develop in close cooperation with our customers for the specific conditions in mines and special applications such as gold panning drums, recycling plants and other applications.
The long journey was worthwhile: Numerous interested trade visitors came to our booth, whom we hope to soon be able to add to our list of customers.
