RAEDER-VOGEL at the EINSTIEG training fair
EINSTIEG Hamburg took place in Hamburg's exhibition halls from 24 to 25 February. This training fair is one of the most important fairs for training and study in Germany - and the largest career choice fair in northern Germany.
Numerous prospective applicants and parents informed themselves about the opportunities for school leavers and we took the opportunity to present our numerous apprenticeships.
Therefore, we were also represented with a stand: Our employees and four of our trainees had many good conversations with potential applicants. A longboard, which was specially equipped with our wheels, served as an "icebreaker". This unusual exhibit was a huge crowd puller. The great enthusiasm of our trainees and colleagues made it possible to make exciting contacts, which will certainly result in one or the one or two applications.
