Business Cup 2023: More than just a win!

In the meantime, we have been able to draw from a pool of around 40 employees and put together a strong squad. As a result, we were able to enter two teams for the fourth participation in the company football tournament. The two teams train together weekly and have already played together at other football events, so they were well prepared for the tournament in Tornesch. 

The big goal was to get the first win of the year at this tournament - and this was already achieved in the opening match. The first team came through the group phase as table leaders with three wins and could only be stopped in the close penalty shoot-out of the quarterfinals. The second team, on the other hand, not only survived the group phase without defeat, but even won the tournament! The winners of the "Business Cup 2023" were spurred on by the euphoric cheering of our colleagues - and even impressed the supporters of other corporate teams with their motivated style of play. 

Successful qualification 

As the best company team from Hamburg, we have now qualified for the final round on 18 June 2023 in Düsseldorf. We will be preparing intensively for the upcoming final tournament and presenting RAEDER-VOGEL in the best possible way. 

A huge thank you goes to our numerous supporters and guests at this point. Such events are hardly achievable without the help and support of our colleagues. The fact that employees make their way to Tornesch on a Sunday in their free time to play on behalf of RAEDER-VOGEL clearly speaks for the great motivation of our colleagues. With this in mind, we are already looking forward together to the future (not only in football) at RAEDER-VOGEL.
