Hamburg Youth Employment Agency visits RAEDER-VOGEL
What does a milling machine operator actually do, and what does the everyday working life of a chemical production specialist look like?
The staff of the Youth Employment Agency (JBA) Hamburg advise interested parties on these questions. And to ensure that the counselling sessions are properly conducted, it is important to keep an eye on current developments in the respective professions.
When we had the idea of conducting a factory tour for training purposes, the JBA immediately agreed: On 14 February 2023, the time had come - a group from the JBA Hamburg was guided through both factories by our colleagues. Observing the production process on site enabled the JBA employees to understand the trades and professions involved. The production cycle at our company made it clear to all participants where we use which trades and how a ready-to-use wheel is made.
There were many exciting discussions during the event and we are very pleased to ensure the quality of counselling at the Youth Employment Agency through this training measure.
