Review of the Vocatium trade fair in Hamburg
Many companies that offer vocational and technical trainings are faced with the challenging task of inspiring young people to join their company. That's why we from RAEDER-VOGEL were at the Vocatium trade fair from 31.05 - 01.06.2023. The event has set itself the goal of connecting students with potential companies offering apprenticeships.
Two of our dedicated trainees and two trainers were present at our stand every day. A popular format was established at the fair: speed dating was the order of the day! 20 appointments were made in advance. Many other encounters arose spontaneously.
The turnout and the interest of the students was tremendous. Personal contact was desired on both sides and the young visitors took advantage of the numerous opportunities to get to know our company.
The longboard - of course equipped with wheels from RAEDER-VOGEL - was also at the start again. It once again attracted the desired attention and guided the young people to our stand.
In addition, our trainees hosted a "four-wins" game, which they had designed themselves in advance in our training workshop. They created a playful atmosphere that led to many conversations with potential applicants - we are looking forward to seeing how this develops.
