Start your career at RÄDER-VOGEL
The time had come once more on the 1st of August 2014! Seven young people started their training in our company, so making their first step into professional life.
For the next 3 or 3 ½ years they will work in a wide range of areas within our company, and so they will learn all the skills they will need to pursue their career after they complete their training successfully. As part of this, they will be mentored and supported by our colleagues from all departments.
The range of individual professions we provide training in is as varied as our staff and products. We are currently working with 18 trainees in 6 different professions:
- Business Management
- Technical Product Designer
- Warehouse Logistics Specialists / Technical Warehouse Manager
- Industrial Mechanic
- Mechatronics Technician
- Cutting Machine Operator
As in previous years, we have held a team-building workshop (at the start) with all our trainees and their line managers, in order to make the trainees‘ start to their professional life easier. Our training programs are targeted at talented young people who we can mentor and support in the best possible way, in order to ensure a high quality training programme. The objective of our operational training is to train well qualified staff to meet our own requirements.
