Review of the Vocatium trade fair in Hamburg
Finally, things are getting back to normal! Vocatium took place in Hamburg at the same time as the LogiMAT trade fair in Stuttgart. Vocatium has set itself the goal of bringing students into contact with potential companies that offer vocational training.
Of course, we were also represented with a stand. Two of our current trainees were there to answer questions from the possible 3,200 new candidates present. In advance, more than 20 appointments were made by two other trainers on hand and an additional 100 qualified interviews were held.
We were thrilled with the turnout and the enthusiasm of the students. A sense of "finally again!" was clearly felt by all. The lockdown of the last few months has increased both the lack of orientation and the lack of knowledge about the possibilities in education and career. Through this fair, one could clearly notice the urge of the young clientele to seize this opportunity for themselves.
