Start into a life as RAEDER-VOGEL
On 04 August 2020 a new chapter in the lives of 9 young people began.
They started their training in our company in the following professions:
- Industrial clerk (m/f)
- Cutting machine operator
- Industrial mechanic (m/f)
- Production specialist chemistry
- Warehouse logistics specialist
To make it easier for them to get started, we also invited the parents of the young people for the first day. After our personnel manager, Mr. Michael Skowronek, welcomed our new trainees and passed on everything worth knowing about RAEDER-VOGEL, our trainees from previous years took over.
In keeping with RAEDER-VOGEL tradition, the tour of our Plant 1 is organized solely by our experienced trainees. Our "newcomers" can therefore contact them directly if they have any questions.
A short photo session followed, after which the parents were bid farewell. At the following lunch the new trainees got to know each other better.
On 07 August 2020 the introduction continued. During a canoe trip together, our trainees got to know, from the very beginning, that as a team you can reach your goal faster.
We wish our trainees every success for the exciting time of this new beginning and the coming years with us. We will be training again in 2021. You will find the job advertisements on our homepage shortly.
